good本產品采用上層膠和下層膠的預混配方，只需加入改良型促凝劑即可凝膠，灌入下層膠后，無需等待凝膠，直接灌入上層膠即可，簡便快捷。所配的上層膠帶有顏色（紅色、藍色或綠色），點樣孔清晰易辨，方便點樣。三種顏色設計，可用于區分含不同樣品的凝膠。本試劑盒灌制的凝膠也可用于非變性PAGE凝膠電泳。

good本產品配套提供改良型促凝劑，其具有更好的穩定性和催化效能，配膠過程中無需額外添加TEMED。為方(fang)便(bian)吸取使用(yong)，已開蓋使用(yong)中的改良型(xing)促凝劑可(ke)置于4℃保存至少三個(ge)月。
